Ardan Park Proposal
We are continuing to pursue the expansion of Ardan Park and trails to protect the wetland and buffer area from future development proposals. This proposal was submitted to the council and staff June 24, 2023. The council recently voted to not do wetland credit banking around the current wetlands at the September work session. They did however have consensus to look into purchasing some of the private undeveloped land in the area and possibly sell the lot at 8283 Long Lake Rd.
